Rel-UITA condemns the murder of Gustavo Gómez.

On 21 August, GUSTAVO GÓMEZ, a Nestle worker member of SINALTRAINAL was murdered. With his death, the number of Nestle workers murdered is now twelve.

Unknown persons arrived at his home in the municipality of Desquebradas.  When GUSTAVO GÓMEZ opened the door he was shot ten times, dying a few hours later.

Rel-UITA condemns the murder of GUSTAVO GÓMEZ and joins the voice of organizations demanding the Government of Colombia a thorough investigation in order to find and penalize the material and intellectual perpetrators of this new crime.
