Last 3 July the Seminar “UITA: what is it and what does it do?”, took place, together with the Workers’ Union of Frito-Lay.

The activity was very interesting and participatory, with many interventions that generated the following commitments:

1. To increase the number of affiliates to the Union. In the company there are 1100 workers and the company has 400 affiliates.

2. To organize a General Assembly on Sunday 3 August, where an organizing plan will be presented, a statement request and the affiliation to UITA will be put into consideration.
